The problem
With over 700 stores, getting the Store Managers engaged and feeling empowered to make critical business decisions to drive sales and profitability was always going to be a challenge.

Our solution
Rather than proposing a digital solution, we reverted to direct mail, knowing that we needed to grab the attention of the Store Managers. The quarterly mailings contained a series of practical 15 – 30 minute exercises that helped to educate and empower the Store Managers to take responsibility for driving increased sales and profitability.
