The problem
European discount retailer, ‘MandM Direct’ had undertaken considerable work to identify a core brand proposition. However, their own research indicated people did not know or understand what makes the brand different and special.

Our solution
Through our Brand Clarity™ process, we translated the refreshed proposition into a communications framework, execution and tone of voice that ensures the audience understands what the brand offers. The relaunched identity involved a refreshed logo and a new-look web site, with ongoing enhancements to catalogue and on/off line customer messaging. A toolkit that informs creative updates on a seasonal basis, ensures messaging can match the rapid turnaround of product.
