This large and prestigious office campus needed a complete re-brand and marketing overhaul. It needed to create standout in an overcrowded property sector.
The starting point was a new brand identity – modern, striking and memorable, to match the exceptional quality of the accommodation. The website followed suit by presenting a high volume of information in easy to digest, bite-sized chunks. This was wrapped up in a contemporary, stylish design with pacey, flash-based functionality.
The site has just launched, but initial feedback from the Agents involved is that this will create a real impact in the marketplace when combined with our email campaign and high quality marketing support materials.
